About TheraTrack

We build the digital backbone aseptic pharmacy deserves.

TheraTrack is a Plymouth-based product and service team focused on bringing aseptic pharmacy services into a modern, fully traceable, GMP-aligned digital era — without losing the discipline that paper-based workflows have enforced for decades.

Our mission

NHS aseptic units carry enormous responsibility, often on the back of paper worksheets, clipboards, and disconnected spreadsheets. Errors, missing signatures, lost worksheets, and audit gaps are not failures of staff — they are failures of tooling. TheraTrack exists to replace that tooling with a workflow that is faster and more rigorous.

What we believe

Traceability first

Every scan, signature, and cancellation persists as an immutable record. Audit is not a feature — it is the foundation.

Designed with clinicians

Workflows mirror the way aseptic teams actually work, not how an outside system imagines they should.

NHS-ready

British English throughout, desktop-first deployment, and a roadmap aligned with NHS governance.

Honest about maturity

We are an MVP today. Pilot, validation, and clinical safety work happen openly — not behind marketing.

Where we are headed

The current TheraTrack desktop app already covers prescription intake, batch workflow, assembly, cleanroom, stock control, and pharmacist release. From here, we are building toward EPIC and ARIA integration, AI-assisted prescription sweeps, configurable suitability rules, full GMP release PDFs, role-based access, and a web companion — alongside consultation and implementation services for teams modernising their aseptic operations.
